5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
GoPicky.pk offers Cash on Delivery (COD) in most cities across Pakistan.
Customers are requested to ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided delivery address.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier services, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:
- Full Name
- Complete Delivery Address
- Valid Mobile Number
- Correct City Information
Incorrect information may result in delays or cancellation of the order.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Return and exchange requests are accepted only in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for return or exchange.
